It is important that everyone both Mums/Dads and children have a healthy diet and as such make sure we try and have our 5 a day.

I have included a sample menu below, it is not intended to be exhaustive but clearly shows what you can expect your child to eat whilst they are with me at Little Steps.

I do realise that these may need tailoring for a child’s needs which include whole manner of different reasons [e.g. food allergies, Religious Preference, Vegetarian] but none the less you will see the sort of meals the children currently enjoy.

You can see from our meals table that we try and have a healthy diet whilst trying to make our eating as exciting as possible.
